| How do I change my email address? Go to “Edit my account”, then to “Change email”. You will be asked to input your new email address and re-enter it to confirm, then Save. |
| How do I change my password? You click the “Change password” option on “Edit my account”. You input your new password and re-enter it to confirm that you have keyed in exactly what you intended to key in. Then you press “Save”. |
| Why do you need my address and telephone number? We need to be able to reach you if we have a problem communicating by email for any reason. |
| Why do you ask if I am a real estate agent or broker? There is no legitimate reason for an agent to send an Agent Invitation. |
| Why do I need to put in my email address twice? This is to make sure that you have spelled your email address correctly. It is really important that we have your email address right. |
| What does “Fields with * are mandatory.” mean? That means that the boxes with a * need to be filled in. When you press the “Sign up” button the system will not accept your information until you complete all of the areas marked with a *. |
